Help Palestinian Refugees Rebuild Their Lives Across Four Countries

Provide urgent medical aid to orphans in Gaza

The humanitarian situation in Gaza has severely deteriorated, particularly affecting children’s health.

We aim to provide over 100 orphans with urgent medial treatments:

  • Surgical support
  • Vision care
  • Dental treatment

It would cost just $150 to cover one child's treatment.

We aim to contribute to improving children’s overall health, reducing pain and discomfort, and enhancing their ability to participate in educational and social activities.

Provisions of Flour and Baby Formula

As limited aid begins to enter Gaza and ceasefire negotiations continue, we are preparing to respond swiftly. While flour and baby formula are not widely available at the moment, we are raising funds in advance so that as soon as these essential items become accessible, whether within Gaza or through our incoming aid trucks, we can act immediately to deliver them to families in need.

Hundreds of thousand Gazans have been forced from their homes. At Droplets of Mercy, we’re on the ground in Egypt, Jordan, and Canada, bringing food, medical care, shelter and long-term support to children, families, and orphans who’ve lost everything.

Your generosity today will:

  • Deliver urgent relief (food, medicine, shelter)
  • Support orphaned children with education & therapy
  • Empower adults through vocational training & cash grants
  • Help secure housing to families in need

Egypt Project: Urgent Food, Medical & Orphan Support in Cairo

The Need:

Over 100,000 Palestinians—most of them children—have arrived in Egypt in the past 15 months. Escaping unspeakable trauma, while they remain invisible: uncounted, unseen, and stranded between exile and erasure.

Our Response:

  • Medical Aid for Children
  • Prosthetics for the injured
  • Mobile dialysis units
  • PTSD therapy & basic illness care
  • Orphan Sponsorship Program
  • Food, shelter, education & ongoing medical support
  • Family Living Support
  • Cash stipends for rent, food, and essentials

Meet Ritaj:

Ritaj lost her entire family in Gaza. Now in Cairo with her aunt, she still laughs and plays, reminding us why every child deserves hope.

Jordan Project: Sustainable Relief for Palestinian & Syrian Refugees

The Need:

Jordan hosts 2.5 million refugees (Palestinian, Syrian, and others). Sixty-four percent live on less than 3 dinars/day—struggling even for water, food, clothing, and healthcare. Women and children are most at risk.

Our Response:

  • Immediate Relief: Food packages & clean water
  • Health Care: Life-saving clinics and medicines
  • Shelter & Clothing: Safe spaces and seasonal wear
  • Sustainable Development:
  • Vocational training & workforce grants
  • Education programs for children

Village of Hope Canada: Sustainable Housing for Gaza Evacuees

The Need:

  • Approximately 100 Gaza evacuee families in the Greater Toronto Area are accruing an average of $2,000 CAD in rent debt each month—totaling over $200,000 CAD/month (≈ $2.4 million CAD/year)—in an already strained housing market .
  • These families face financial hardship, housing instability, and the constant risk of eviction or homelessness.
  • Limited affordable rental stock and high average rents (e.g., $2,615/month for a one-bedroom in Toronto) exacerbate their vulnerability

Our Response:

We’re creating a safe, supportive haven for refugee families in Milton: rent-free, energy-efficient modular homes equipped with all essentials; a bright, welcoming community centre where neighbors share meals, workshops, and children’s activities; and round-the-clock security measures to ensure everyone can rebuild their lives in peace.

Sustainable Development:

  • Income-Generation Land: Dedicate an additional 10 acres for ventures—cattle ranching, greenhouses, small-business incubators—based on residents’ skills assessments to promote financial independence .
  • One-Time Construction Funding: Shift from ongoing rent subsidies to a one-time capital investment model, reducing donor fatigue and ensuring long-term housing security.
  • Waqf Land Trust: Implement an inalienable land-holding structure to guarantee permanency of the Village of Hope and protect it from sale or redevelopment .
