Once the heart of North Darfur, El-Fasher now lies in ruins — homes burned, hospitals destroyed, families fleeing through dangerous roads.

The situation in Sudan is devastating. In recent days, hundreds have been massacred in their homes and hospitals in El Fasher, while thousands more have fled the violence to Tawila, walking over 60 miles in search of safety, and joining over 600,000 of our sisters and brothers who were already internally displaced there. Mothers carrying their starving children, the elderly collapsing from exhaustion, entire families arriving with nothing but hope, and their trust in Allah's mercy. But Droplets of Mercy USA is on the ground — standing shoulder to shoulder with our brothers and sisters in North Darfur. Our teams are delivering food packages, medical aid, and are also creating temporary shelters. As waves of new arrivals pour in each day, supplies are running low. We are racing against time — and we need you. 

Your help on the ground:

• Emergency food packages: nutritious staples to feed families who have had no reliable food for days.
• Clean drinking water and water purification supplies: so children do not collapse from dehydration or waterborne diseases.
• Emergency medicine, medical supplies, and mobile clinics: to treat wounded, ill, malnourished, pregnant, or breastfeeding mothers and children.
• Hygiene and protection kits (especially for women & children), shelter materials, blankets, and essentials to survive harsh nights.
• Coordination with trusted local partners who know the terrain, the people, the urgent gaps — enabling direct, effective delivery of aid.

Every hour delay means more children go without food, more mothers suffer without care, more families spend the night under open skies. With large scale displacement, medical and humanitarian access is shrinking and the risk of disease, famine and death grows. This crisis is not distant. It is one of the largest displacement emergencies in the world right now, and it demands our immediate action.
